One-Year Ago (17-May-2016) — New Jersey

Backyard spring nature in New Jersey. The rabbit in my wildflower garden started nibbling on the Italian (Crimson) clover. The Italian clover was part of the wildflower mixture. I also saw a groundhog brushing its teeth with some rebar, a robin in the rain, and a squirrel with a nut. All of the wildlife images were taken from within the house. Later on I went out with a macro lens to capture some flower pictures.

Four-Years Ago (17-May-2013) — Netherlands

Semester at Sea, Spring 2013 Enrichment Voyage. Day 22 of 52. On our second day in Amsterdam, Netherlands I took part in two field trips with my parents. The first one was to the world’s largest flower auction site in Aalsmeer, Netherlands. It is located near the Schiphol international airport. The auction room looks more like the control center for a space shot. The flowers come from all around the world, and then are sent all around the world by the next morning. In the afternoon we went to the Kröller-Müller museum and sculpture garden located in the Hoge Veluwe National Park in Otterlo, Netherlands.
