Colorful dawn from the Lambertville – New Hope bridge over the Delaware River. View from the bridge looking east toward New Jersey. Back when I still worked at the Merck facility in West Point Pennsylvania I crossed this bridge every morning very early trying to avoid traffic on Route 206. Image taken with a Nikon D3x and 14-24 mm f/2.8 lens (ISO 100, 14 mm, f/16). HDR composite from 5 images using Nik HDR Efex Pro.
A tree in my backyard decorated with toilet paper the previous night, the brand of toilet paper used, and an empty egg container. Turkey Vulture and the Moon. Several hundred turkey vultures spent the night in some local trees. This morning I went out at dawn to get some images as they started to fly away. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the whole wing span as this one flew by the moon.Image taken with a Nikon D3s camera and 300 mm f/2.8 VR lens (ISO 1600, 300 mm, f/2.8, 1/1000 sec).
