First Night Fireworks in St. Petersburg. My brother and I went down to Vinoy park to view the early fireworks display. I set up two cameras [Fuji X-T3 camera with a 8-16 mm f/2.8 lens (ISO 200, 8 mm, f/8, 8 sec) and Leica CL camera with a 18 mm lens (ISO 100, 18 mm, f/8, 8 sec)] and a Garmin VIRB-360 time-lapse camera to record the show. The early fireworks display was only 5 minutes long. I think the show just before midnight is longer, but I needed to get up early to start on my way back to New Jersey.

More composite images of the Granada Terrace park in St. Petersburg. In the last year the city has cleaned and repaired the structures. Apparently, the park has been used for weddings and other photo shoots. I’ve included composite 360 degree panorama, fisheye, little planet, tunnel view, and mirror ball views. The composite images were created using AutoPano Giga Pro software from a series of 39 images taken with a Fuji X-T3 camera and 16 mm f/2.8 lens (ISO 160, 16 mm, f/16, 1/60 sec).

The sky lit up with colorful clouds just after sunset, so I ran outside with the first camera I found.

Boxer Day — Dawn and Sunrise at Fort De Soto Park. Every year while visiting Florida I like to go to Fort De Soto Park to view the Sunshine Skyway Bridge at dawn and sunrise. My brother and I got there early, just as the and sky and clouds were starting to show some colors. I set up two cameras on tripods, and one handheld. When we arrived the Skyway bridge piers were still lit up with red overnight lights for the holidays.
