Backyard Nature in New Jersey.

Not many leaves left on the Sycamore tree. The soaring turkey vulture is just one of many (I think over 50) that are now roosting in the pine trees between my house and my neighbor’s house every night.

I am a scientist by training (Eckerd College, BSc; Caltech, Ph.D.). I worked for 27 years as a Chemist in the Pharmaceutical Industry developing processes to manufacture medicines for human and animal health. I now spend my time as a photographer and world traveler.
