Gone to See Europe 2014. Day 9: Semester at Sea, Spring 2014 Enrichment Voyage. Isafjordur, Iceland.

Arctic Tern Ready to Attack. We were on a bird watching Field Trip in Isafjordur (Ísafjörður) and apparently got too close to the Arctic Tern’s nest.  They would dive bomb and try to peck your head. Image taken with a Nikon Df camera and 300 mm f/2.8 VR lens (ISO 100, 300 mm, f/4, 1/2500 sec). Raw image processes with Capture One Pro, Focus Magic, and Photoshop CC.
