Indoor Autumn Nature in New Jersey: House Pet Returns. Scutigera Coleoptrata (House Centipede) — Not a Silverfish, one of my creepy crawly house pets appeared again this afternoon. Still waiting on the Drobo upgrade to complete, so spent some time taking macro images — until it got tired of the flash and went away.

Indoor Springtime Nature in New Jersey. Last night, one of my creepy crawly house pets Scutigera Coleoptrata (House Centipede) came out to visit me in my bedroom. I decided that I wasn’t that tired, so spent some time taking macro images — until it got tired of the flash and went away.

Indoor Summertime Nature in New Jersey. My New Pet?? If I don’t have anything better to shoot for my “image of the day” I can always find one of the house centipedes to pose. I just wish that they were outside and going after what ever is nibbling on my tomato plants.
