Springtime Nature in New Jersey.

Birds of the day viewed in the backyard: Mourning Dove, Downy Woodpecker, Black-capped Chickadee, House Finch, Chipping Sparrow, Dark-eyed Junco, Brown-headed Cowbird. eBird indicates that the Dark-eyed Junco is rare for this location and date. One of the Dark-eyed Junco’s didn’t leave with the others. It appears to have an injured wing.

Birds of the day. Individual images in the slideshow are available in my PhotoShelter Gallery.
