Backyard Springtime Nature in New Jersey.

Birds for the day included House Finch (immature?), Northern Cardinal, and Brown-headed Cowbird. I continue to watch the Eastern Phoebes nest is above the front door. Spring flowers for the day include Crimson Clover, Allium, and California Poppy.

Daily Electric Energy Used (47.5 kWh) from meter readings the Sense Home Energy Monitor. The daily Solar Electric Energy Produced (82.6 kWh) from SolSystems and Locus Energy. Lots of sun. A surplus of 35.1 kWh.

I have traveled to over 55 countries in six continents, often on Semester at Sea voyages. While at home in New Jersey, I spend time on home renovation and expansion of a wildflower garden/meadow.
