Time-Lapsed Video of a Hike down Park Avenue in Arches National Park.

Three years ago today, I was attending a Nikonians Academy Photography Workshop in Moab Utah led by Winston Hall. Winston talked me into carrying a tripod on my shoulders so the DSLR camera would be above my head. We set the camera up with a fisheye lens and had it take images every 15 seconds. I used the ~900 images to make a time-lapsed video of the hike we took on the Park Avenue trail in Arches National Park.

If you are not able to view the time-lapsed video from here, it is also available in the Shepartphotography Gallery

Thanks to Jim Batey, I’ve added an image he took of me wearing the Tripod Headcam.
