Today (07-May-2017) — New Jersey

First Sunday in the Park organized by Montgomery Friends of Open Space. This month it was a walk through Rock Mill Preserve looking for spring wildflowers led by Sarah Roberts. Although it was cool and there were a few sprinkles, we did see a number of wildflower and other spring growth along the trail. Images taken with a Fuji X-T1 camera and 60 mm f/2.4 macro lens.

  1. Spring has sprung. Very nice images.

BTW, David….my wife and I bought a house just outside of Richmond, VA and are in the process of moving completing by Mid-July. She retires June 30th. I am looking forward to the image making opportunities in all directions from Richmond and even more travel. I am doing some last bits of photography here in the greater Milwaukee area when not involved with selling/showing the Condo and making a few trips to VA between now and the final move to start up the new home. In June, I will be taking one of the cars with all my camera gear and leaving same and flying back to get the other car with final move stuff after the Moving Company packs us out and takes off. I will keep you posted.

I enjoy your pictures on your blog when I get chance to see them.

    The best, John

    1. Thanks, I’ve been working on the never ending home renovation project and most recently setting up a wildflower meadow in my backyard. I hope to keep the deer away. DJM
