A large Brown Skua was soaring over the MS Fram as we traveled from Brown Station to Port Lockroy.
After visiting the Argentine Almirante Brown Base we traveled to the British Port Lockroy. A stowaway Snowy Sheathbill hitched a ride on the MS Fram to Port Lockroy. The Gentoo Penguins at were minding their nests, with several hatching and just hatched chicks.

Daily Electric Energy Used (36.6 kWh) from Sense and Daily Solar Electric Energy Produced (10.2 kWh) from SolSystems and Locus Energy. Overall a net deficit of 26.4 kWh. Most of the hydroponic gardens were off or only on for fewer hours. Also, the thermostat for the Geothermal heater and hybrid heat pump hot water heater were set for vacation mode.
