In addition to the Canna, the hummingbird was interested in Gladiolus, and Radish flowers.

The local Fawns, still with spots are getting bigger. Soon, I expect them to be raiding my gardens.

Two types of Dragonflies viewed near the backyard pond. One with an all black body and clear wings (Darth Vader). The other one had a blue body and green eyes. They were observed mating and laying eggs in the water.

Visitors backyard and the patio birdfeeder: Mourning Dove, Black-capped Chickadee, House Finch. Not many birds visiting during the emergence of the Cicadas.

Even with the rain yesterday (0.25″) the water level in the back pond is still low, but still enough to support Kermit the Bull Frog and his many brothers, sisters, and closes cousins. I counted at least twelve today.
