Visitors to the backyard and birdfeeder: Mourning Dove, American Crow, Black-capped Chickadee, Tufted Titmouse, Carolina Wren, House Finch, Dark-eyed Junco, White-throated Sparrow, Song Sparrow, Northern Cardinal.

Daily Electric Energy Used (68.2 kWh) from Sense. Daily Solar Electric Energy Produced (57.4 kWh) from Sense and SolSystems. Mostly sunny. Geothermal HVAC system on. A deficit of 10.8 kWh.

Turkey Vultures soaring over the backyard and birds visiting the snowed covered backyard birdfeeder: Mourning Dove, Turkey Vulture, Red-winged Blackbird, Northern Cardinal. My eBird Checklist. Both male and female Red-winged Blackbird and Northern Cardinal. Normally I don’t see the Red-winged Blackbirds this time of year. The snow may have forced them to look further for food.
