For several weeks many (up to 100) turkey vultures invaded the neighborhood. There are three houses and several other trees that they favored for spending their nights. The roofs of the homes began to turn white from the turkey vulture droppings.

Yesterday’s light rain and sleet changed to snow overnight. Outside became a winter wonderland. Images of trees, red holly berries, and lonely chairs on the deck.
