Tipsy Nisse Viking Warior wanabe in the late afternoon sun asking the question “Do I eat the magic mushroom, or watch the election results tonight?” Image taken with a Fuji X-T1 camera and 100-400 mm OIS lens (ISO 320, 400 mm, f/5.6, 1/200 sec).

Colorful autumn leaves in my backyard. A target rich environment for a photo “walkabout”. Images were taken with a Fuji X-T1 camera and 60 mm f/2.4 macro lens or Leica T camera with a 23 mm f/2 lens.

Just before the sun rose this morning, the clouds became bright orange with a beam of sunlight projecting up. I grabbed a camera and went out into my backyard. The display didn’t last long, but it was worth getting cold.
Later in the afternoon it got cloudy and the temperature kept dropping. I noticed this young buck (horns just barely showing) being lazy eating grass just behind my patio.
