Birds of the day viewed in the backyard: Red-bellied Woodpecker, Eastern Kingbird, Blue Jay, Gray Catbird, Northern Mockingbird, House Finch, Northern Cardinal. The Eastern Kingbird turns out to be higher on the pecking order than the Blue Jay.
