Backyard Autumn Night Sky in New Jersey: Star and Moon Trails.

Star and moon trails with colored autumn clouds. Composite of many images taken with a Nikon D2xs camera and 17-35 f/2.8 lens (ISO 400, 17 mm, f/3.2, 30 sec). I wish I remembered how I processed this, but there was bokeh and color from the reflected ground lights in the clouds. Time-lapsed video of the sequence also included.

Backyard Autumn in New Jersey: Home Renovation.

The statue for my bird bath is finally back in place. I tested the solar-powered water pump, but had to drain everything because of a hard freeze (16 °F/-9 °C) predicted for tonight. I don’t know if I will be able to use the bird bath again until next spring?
