Before and After.
This was just before I retired. Should I do it again?

You do look 20 years younger without your beard. The beard is very nice and full so if you do it for the winter in a cold climate, then you can shave in the summer.
+cobalt please Thanks, It is getting hot and maybe will do a before and after set later today. I did it then to mess up my previous boss that was going to use the beard in his talk at my retirement party back then. It becomes a problem when my drivers licence and passport pictures don't match…
+David Mathre , just be yourself, but I think the passport and drivers license, etc. thing might be an issue….if you get rid of the beard do it based on timing of any planned trips whether national or international. You better get them all updated as soon as possible. Even flying from one State to another in the US can be more problematic these day with the Homeland Security ID rules being imposed for acceptable drivers licenses. Take care!
