My interests include the natural world, wildlife, landscapes, sky, and seascapes, travel, and astrophotography. I look for unique ways of viewing the world and presenting my images. I have traveled to over 55 countries in six continents, often on Semester at Sea voyages. While at home in New Jersey, I spend time on home renovation and expansion of a wildflower garden/meadow.

  1. 🙂 What an artist trolls!
actually this is a question for me what are these? I saw those statue in many different documentary (photos or movies) about north and also in a time lapse movie about Himalaya, by the way thank you I'll find the answer one day in north 🙂

  2. +Azadeh Mozafari I thought you were on your way to Antarctica? Most of the time the rock carins I see are 3-4 rocks in a pile to mark a trail. Every now and then I have seen more artistic versions like this one – and in the northern countries they are probably built by trolls, elves, gnomes, dwarves, fairies, or other little people. At the beginning of this trail, there was a memorial to a couple of hikers that started on this trail into the glacier and never returned, and were never found. So who knows?
