Now for something completely different. I wanted to do a time-lapsed video of the sunset. However, while on a ship — even a big ship there is lots of motion due to the motion of the ships travel, waves, and wind. My camera is not able to correct for all of that motion. The time-lapsed video on the left the image is bouncing all over the place. I then processed the video using the Warping Filter in Adobe After Effects for the time-lapsed video on the right. Although not perfect, it does a pretty good job stabilizing the image.
