Upon arrival at Helsingfors Hosteria (it used to be an Estancia) in Argentina we had a late afternoon lunch. It started with an appetizer tray on a stone block. A whole lamb was being grilled on an open wood fire for the main course. Dinner was zucchini soup followed by cod over pea puree and tomatoes.
